Virgin Mobile was one of the first accounts I wrote for, so when Start was tasked with the broader Virgin Media re-brand — combining Virgin Mobile, NTL and Telewest — I was well placed to develop its distinctive tone of voice for a new digital-era, not just in the UK but also in the Middle East, where I was part of a small team launching Virgin Mobile in Qatar.
